Free Shipping Within the USA

We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders within the continental United States, including pallets and truckloads, unless otherwise specified in individual product listings.

Please note:

  • Free shipping does not include Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations.

  • For locations outside our free shipping zone, please contact us for a custom freight quote.


Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will start processing the next business day.

  • You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order ships.


Estimated Delivery Time

  • Delivery times vary based on location and order type.

  • Most pallet orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping.

  • Full truckload deliveries may require 5–10 business days, depending on freight schedules and distance.


Freight & Truckload Deliveries

  • Large shipments and truckloads are delivered via freight carriers and require someone available to receive and unload the order.

  • Liftgate service is available upon request for an additional fee (if not included).

  • Our team will contact you prior to delivery to schedule a convenient time.


Tracking & Communication

Once your order ships, you’ll receive:

  • A tracking number with carrier details.

  • Real-time delivery updates (where available).

  • Direct support from our team for any delivery concerns.


Damaged Shipments

While we package all orders with care, if your shipment arrives damaged:

  1. Inspect your order at delivery.

  2. Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt.

  3. Take photos and contact us within 24 hours so we can file a claim and resolve the issue promptly.
